2XZ Series Direct-connected Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump
The 2XZ rotary vane vacuum pump is the basic equipment used to remove gas from sealed containers.It can be used alone or as a pre-stage pump for booster pumps, diffusion pumps, molecular pumps, maintenance pumps, and titanium pumps; this series of pumps has the advantages of low sound, no oil return when the pump is stopped, and easy to start. The pump is equipped with an air ballast valve, which can remove a small amount of condensable steam.This vacuum pump cannot remove excessive oxygen content, corrosive, explosive or toxic (except for 2XZFL explosion-proof rotary vane vacuum pumps), and gases containing fine particles of dust, nor can it be used as compression pumps or air delivery pumps.
